FitSurvivor is part of a research study to test a fitness program designed for teen and young adult cancer survivors ages 13 to 25. The app is a companion to the in-person program helping survivors get more active and fit. Researchers at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey invite local participants to join the study.

- Complete cardio and strength workouts designed for teen and young adult cancer survivors. Advance to new levels with more workouts completed.

- Connect with the FitSurvivor Coach and other survivors to support each other in meeting fitness goals.

- Learn about fitness and health tips.

Eligibility

To join this research study, you must:
- Be 13 to 25 years old
- Attend the in-person fitness program
- Have parental permission for ages 13 to 17

You cannot join this study if there is a medical reason you should not start an exercise program. Please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
